This page explains how Holly Walton Coaching ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website (hollywaltoncoach.co.uk). I take your privacy seriously and only ever use your details to respond to you.

Who I am

Holly Walton, a personal development and career coach based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, UK. I am the data controller for the information collected through this site.

What information I collect

I only collect the information you choose to give me:

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message.
• When you complete the clarity questions: your name, email address and your answers.
• When you book a call: booking details are handled by Calendly (see below).

I do not collect any information about you without your knowledge, and this site does not use analytics or advertising tracking.

How I use your information

I use your details solely to reply to your enquiry, send you the information you've asked for, and — if we go on to work together — to arrange and deliver your coaching. I will never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, I process your information on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting a form) and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about my coaching.

Who processes your data

A few trusted services help run this site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Formspree — processes contact and quiz form submissions and delivers them to me by email.
• Calendly — manages the booking calendar and discovery-call scheduling.
• Netlify — hosts the website.
• Google Fonts — the site's fonts are loaded from Google, which may process your IP address to serve them.

Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Some embedded tools may set cookies of their own — in particular the Calendly booking widget — in order to function. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and quiz responses only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of our coaching relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. To make any of these requests, please get in touch via the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date above.
